To enroll your child at Listening Point Montessori, they must be 3 by August 31 and must be fully potty-trained.

Fully potty trained means that a child initiates going to the bathroom independently, can use the toilet unassisted and knows the basics of hand washing.

Please remember that in order for your child to gain all developmental and educational opportunities from a Montessori educational approach, Listening Point Montessori is designed to be a three year program. Acceptance is based upon:

1. Availability - the number of available openings changes every year depending on how many students are graduating and how many are re-enrolling for the upcoming year. Current families have access to early enrollment for the upcoming year.

2. Ratios - in order for our community to run smoothly we need a mixed age classroom. When managing incoming applications, we take age into account.

3. Date of Application - If Listening Point Montessori receives more applications than has openings available, enrollment will be decided upon a first come, first served basis.

Listening Point Montessori has 3 openings beginning in August 2026 and is only accepting 3 year old children unless coming from previous Montessori school experience.

Program Enrollment

Immunization Requirement

At Listening Point Montessori, the health and safety of our children, families, and staff is our highest priority. As a condition of enrollment and continued attendance, all children must maintain immunizations in accordance with the immunization requirements established by the Washington State Department of Health for child care and early learning programs.

Listening Point Montessori does not accept immunization exemptions and requires documentation of required vaccinations or other documentation of immunity as permitted under applicable Washington State requirements.

Families are responsible for providing and maintaining current immunization documentation and for ensuring that their child remains in compliance with the applicable immunization requirements throughout enrollment.

Children who are not able to meet our immunization policy will not be eligible for enrollment or continued attendance, subject to any rights or requirements applicable under Washington State law.

Listening Point Montessori does not discriminate in admission on the basis of gender, race, sexual orientation, religion, creed, national origin, disability, or source of payment. There are no geographical boundaries for enrollment to the program.
